Intelligent temperature control robot protection system

The patented product is composed of protective clothing, temperature control system, ventilation pipe and pressure system. The clothing adopts multi-layer structure to ensure the heat insulation effect; the control system can be connected with the communication system of the robot.
The applicable ambient temperature range is - 40 ~ 70 ℃, with intelligent temperature regulation, remote monitoring, anti leakage protection and other functions.
It can be used in the cold storage of aquatic products, low temperature preservation, pharmaceutical factories, cold areas in the north, tropical areas and other extreme high and low temperature environments.

    The material is cold resistant and heat-resistant, with the B1 level of fire resistance; it has good bending resistance, good flexibility in harsh environment, and is not easy to wear out.   • Flame retardant elastic belt
    It has good flame retardancy, high strength, elongation ratio over 1:2.5, and is not easy to produce fatigue under the long-term action of external force.
  • Temperature control system
    There are cooling mode, heating mode, water removal mode, etc. In order to realize the function of temperature control, it is necessary to heat up in low temperature environment and cool down in high temperature environment.
  • Ventilating duct
    Good low temperature flexibility, wear resistance, surface resistivity less than 10 ^ 9 Ω, no pollution.

  • Base pendulum

  • Elastic structure at connecting rod
    The lateral elastic ring binds the protective clothing to avoid excessive expansion due to internal air pressure.
  • Pipeline hanging buckle
    A pipeline hanging buckle is added at the lower end of the arm to facilitate the fixation of the pipeline.
  • Six axis end closure
    The protective clothing is fixed on the robot by the double closing way of elastic belt and tie belt to prevent the exchange of internal and external gas from affecting the temperature control effect.
